The Rock Koshkonong Lake District (RKLD) is requesting proposals for the installation and removal of navigational, slow-no-wake, and hazard buoys on the Rock River and Lake Koshkonong for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
The selected contractor will be responsible for two (2) years of service. Up to 47 buoys will be placed and removed between the Indianford Dam and north of Falk Road in Jefferson County. Detailed specifications, maps, and requirements are outlined in the attached bid request.
