It has come to our attention that our contact form on the the RKLD website was not functioning properly due to software issues and that some emails did not reach Commissioners. We have resolved that issue and it is operating correctly again as of 6/9/2021. All emails that were sent commissioners in the last 6 months have been forwarded to them.
